Can my family enter the Thunderdome with one Stitchdown Premium membership?
Yes. Register every pair from the one Patina Project account that has your Stitchdown Premium membership connected. After the Thunderdome ends, we can move a pair to a family member's own account.
Why this works this way
To register a pair, your Patina Project account needs Stitchdown Premium connected. A membership can be connected to one Patina Project account at a time. A second account can't use the same membership, even in the same household.
If a family member tries to connect your membership to their account, they'll see:
This Stitchdown account is linked to another Patina Project account
How to enter pairs for your family
1. Pick the account that has the membership
Use the Patina Project account where Settings → Partner accounts shows Stitchdown Premium as Connected.
2. Add each pair to that account
A pair can only be registered from the account that owns it. Post each family member's pair from the membership account, including pairs that already live on a family member's own account.
3. Register each pair
Register the pairs one at a time from the membership account. Each pair can be entered once per season. See How to register for the Stitchdown Patina Thunderdome.
4. Ask us to move pairs after the contest
When the Thunderdome ends, contact us through chat. Tell us which pairs to move and the family member's Patina Project username. We'll move each pair to their account.
Want the membership on a different account?
You can move the membership to another account in your household. Disconnect it from the current account first, then connect it to the new one. See How to disconnect Stitchdown Premium from your Patina Project account.
Pairs already registered stay registered after you disconnect.
