Add Gallun as a tannery

Gallun has enough leathers out there, and several brands have used them, seems like they could be added as a tannery.

    Thanks for requesting Gallun! I completely agree.

    We are making some changes to how we review new tanneries and leathers internally, and this will be completed after those are in place. I will follow up when I have an update.
