@HAMZAH NASHIRUDDIN, thanks for reporting this! Your Thunderdome photos of your Sagara M-43 are safe. Your phone's photo editor saved them as HEIC files but named them .jpg, so our system expected a JPG and rejected them. We're shipping a fix that will figure out the real file type, and then we'll reprocess your photos on our end. Please don't upload them again until then, because each new copy will have the same problem. I will reply here once I have an update.

Hello, I registered my boots in Pre-Worn and wallet in leather goods two days ago. It says that my registration is complete, but neither are able to display the pictures that I uploaded. Can you help with this?
