Delete your account

Deleting your Patina Project account removes your profile and your data. It does not stop a subscription.

If you came here to stop a charge, deleting the account will not stop it. You lose the profile and the charge will continue. Cancel the subscription first. See Cancel a subscription.

Your account is free, so you can cancel a subscription and keep your profile.

Before you start

After the 7-day window closes, we cannot restore your account, your photos, or your collection.

Delete your account

1. Go to your profile and tap Edit profile.

2. Tap Delete profile.

3. Tell us why you are leaving.

4. Choose whether to keep your posts. If you keep them, your photos stay up and your name shows as "deleted user".

5. Confirm.

What happens next

We hold the request for 7 days. During that time the account still works, so tell us if you change your mind. After 7 days we delete your data permanently.

If the delete screen shows an error

Use the chat button in the bottom right corner of this page to send us a message. Say whether you want to keep your posts, and we will delete the account for you.
